Commercial Swimming Pool Project Manager

Red Leaf Development, located in Loomis, California, specializes in luxury custom pool and landscape design and installation. We are looking for a Commercial Swimming Pool Construction Project Manager.

General Description of Essential Functions:

The Commercial Swimming Pool Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of commercial swimming pool construction performed by Red Leaf Developments,Inc. This includes directly overseeing all Red Leaf Development employees and Subcontractors. The Commercial Swimming Pool Project Manager will make sure all employees and subcontractors produce a high quality product, on budget and safely. The Commercial Swimming Pool Project Manager is to inspire creative solutions to construction that allow RLD employees and Subcontractors to perform and create a product that is superior to all others. 

The Commercial Swimming Pool Project Manager is to provide technical support to all RLD employees and Subcontractors and help teach/instruct employees how to perform work more efficiently and accurately. 

The Commercial Swimming Pool Project Manager is in charge of all project Schedules and must align schedules with project deadlines and RLD Revenue Goals as prescribed by Admin Operations Manager.

The Commercial Swimming Pool Project Manager is not limited to employee and subcontractor communication, but should also communicate with clients and general contractors to explain the technical reasons we do things as a company and how Red Leaf is to build each part of each project. .

Non Essential Functions:

The Project Manager is not responsible, but could help in an urgent situation, for the following functions.

The Project Manager is NOT to:

-Order any materials selected

-Pick up physical materials for the completion of construction

-Picking up material samples for the client

-Update Clients Daily

-Help Procure or answer questions regarding building permits

Physical Requirements: 

The ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds, the ability to stoop, lift and stand for long periods of time, (up to 10 hours per day), the ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold and dusty and dirty conditions.

Supervisor:

The Commercial Swimming Pool Project Manager will report directly to the Sr. Project Manager 

Supervise:

The Commercial Swimming Pool Project Manager will supervise all RLD Field Staff Employees and subcontractors

Commercial Swimming Pool Project Manager Functions in Conclusion:

You may be required to work overtime, irregular or varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Work may be on an intermittent basis and is subject to weather conditions. 

COMPENSATION:

• $80,000 - $100,0000 depending on experience.
